Education & Experience

SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, and capacity planning.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze cut-to-pack operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate SMVs.
- Prepare line layouts, capacity plans, and operation breakdowns.
- Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure effective line balancing and optimal manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain IE reports, dashboards, and production analysis.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, or relevant field (preferred).
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 months of experience.
Skills

- Strong coordination, communication, and learning attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product development activities from concept to sample stage.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams for sample execution.
- Support in fabric sourcing, trims selection, and product specifications.
- Monitor sample development timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain development records, tech packs, and documentation.
- Conduct basic analysis of product quality, costing, and feasibility.
- Follow up with internal departments for approvals and updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PD function.

- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and overseeing the implementation of the QMS across all departments: Developing and maintaining QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conducting internal audits: Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address non-conformances.
- Managing the document control system: Ensuring all documents are up-to-date, controlled, and readily accessible to relevant personnel.
- Facilitating continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall quality.
- Supporting external audits: Liaise with external auditors and prepare all necessary documentation for successful audits.
- Providing training and guidance: Ensure employees are aware of quality procedures and understand their roles in maintaining a robust QMS.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
