WE ARE HIRING EXECUTIVE – QMS
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in QMS, Compliance, or Quality Assurance, preferably in the textile industry
SKILLS
- Knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems
- Strong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Coordinate internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, manuals, and records
- Support external audits, certifications, and compliance assessments
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up with concerned departments
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
