Position: Web Server/ System Administrator (E-commerce and Retail)
Qualification: Bachelors (Computer Science/IT)Experience: 2 Years Server Management would be preferred
Location: Head Office, Korangi Karachi.
Requirements:
- Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments available in AWS, Digital Ocean or Google Cloud
- knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, etc.
- experience with MySQL and/or MariaDB
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
- Familiarity with GlusterFS, load balancing, firewalls, etc.
- Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc
- To accommodate the high traffic in peak hours with Node /Droplet Template management
- handling servers
- Comprehensive knowledge of .Net web forms (C# and VB6), Sql server (2008 and onward), JavaScript, CSS and Query, Data management and Security
- Dealing and corresponding with software house and support.
- Comprehensive knowledge SQL SERVER Database (Queries, etc.)Highly recommended if, had worked on ERP level applications.
- Troubleshooting, Training, Development, Implementation of ER Responsibility to support Indoor / Outdoor / Travelling
