Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited is looking for the competent profiles of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐲
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ACCA / ICMA / MBA with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Highlighting short & long-term liquidity gaps with suggested course of action.
- Responsible for overseeing weekly / monthly & quarterly cashflow position.
- Responsible for arrangement of short / long-term working capital limits.
- Responsible for special project-based financing.
- Preparation of weekly / monthly reports for the management.
- Management of exchange rate risk through forward bookings.
- Managing and supervising trade activities of the organization.
- Management of overall banking facilities of the group.
- Management of overall group banking relationship.
- Monitoring of daily funds position and planning settlement of banking liabilities.
- Monitoring cash management & Transaction banking functions of group companies
- Monitoring overall documentation for settlement of Import LCs and other banking facilities
- Arrangements of tax certificates & proceed realization certificates from all banks.
- Working closely with the business teams to manage the working capital requirement.
- Monitoring the timely issuance of bank guarantees and earnest money.
- Monthly closing activities.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Experience with ERP (SAP) will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills along with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
