𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage field service operations, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and ensure smooth after-sales support delivery. The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, complaint resolution, and ensuring high-quality service standards across all customer touchpoints.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage and track customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and closure
• Handle complex technical issues and high-priority field cases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of service tickets
• Support on-site troubleshooting and verify repair/replacement outcomes
• Assist in maintaining service quality standards across assigned region
• Conduct technical training sessions for partners and support staff when required
• Contribute to knowledge base development and troubleshooting documentation
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support / after-sales service / field operations
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• Experience with ticketing systems and complaint handling tools (CarlCare experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for field support
• Ability to handle high-pressure technical cases
