Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing Distributors and finding new opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies/plans to increase sales volume & value
- Establish sales targets for the Distributors keeping in view Annual Growth Plan
- Discussing orders and business strategies with distributors & local team to meet the desire objective Category/Brand wise.
- Resolve Distributor’s issues
- In time payment of distributors to place the timely orders
- Keeping track record of sales on daily basis
- Strong follow up & aggressive market visits
- Produce reports from the system and share with Team & Distributors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proper implementation of company TOs in markets
