We are seeking to fill the following position for our Campuses:
PROJECT MANAGER ERP ODOO
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
EXPERIENCE Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP solutions.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues or risks.
- Ensure data migration, system integration, and user training are executed smoothly.
- Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
SKILLS
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR).
- Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
