International Packaging Films Limited Jobs Invoicing Officer:
International Packaging Films Limited is hiring “𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫” who will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of invoices, ensure timely billing to receive and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions of Admin & HR Department.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Generate and process invoices related to HR and Admin department received from vendors and suppliers in SAP.
- Ensure accuracy of all invoices by reviewing the quantity, quality and pricing
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for invoicing, including project details, pricing, and billing terms.
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding invoice inquiries, payment terms and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of invoicing transactions, including invoices issued, payments received and outstanding balances.
- Conduct regular reviews of invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and billing guidelines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents, records, and reports, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors or suppliers, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding invoices professionally and promptly.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Minimum Qualification: B. Com/BBA
- Minimum Experience: 1 – 2 Years in similar role
- Good Command on Microsoft Excel
- Exposure of entries in SAP/ERP will be preferred
