Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring Managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Responsible to manage complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding of candidates.
- Identify potential candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate with hiring Managers and schedule their interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Preventive & Periodic Maintenance of Gensets.
- Administer employee leaving process and conduct employee Exit interviews.
