Position Details
- Position Title: APM to PM2, Operations Management Department
- Location: Karachi
- Position Overview: This position serves as the backup to the Operations Manager and is responsible for regulatory reporting, financial transactions, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of corporate accounts related to updating information in the core banking system.
- Review TOP-100 deposit customers’ account yearly exercise.
- Handle account remediation, including dormant account activation, e-banking setup, and record management.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to SBP, FBR, FMU, and other authorities (CRS, CTR, periodic reports).
- Process financial transactions including remittances, RTGS, pay orders, and customer service requests efficiently.
- Oversee branch operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and support audit, compliance, and vendor coordination activities.
- Manage branch administrative functions including expense reconciliation, vendor payments, stationery/logistics coordination, and statutory reporting (e.g., Zakat).
Qualification and Skills Required
- Education: Minimum Bachelors/Masters in Banking / Finance / Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the Banking Industry or Accounting Firms with Banking Service Experience.
- Skills: Familiar with Bank Operations and experience in submitting reports to State Bank and FBR.
