Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality pastry items including desserts, breads, and baked goods.
- Design and update dessert menus in line with seasonal trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all pastry products.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the past
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, ensuring skill development and high performance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team on menu development and event planning.
Qualification:
- F.A / Intermediate
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in relevant field from the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the Faletti’s hotels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required, Master’s will be preferred.
Experience:
- 6 (Six) years of experience in managing the sales function of renowned organization(s) from the hospitality industry.
