Ilaan.com Jobs Business Development Executive:
We are looking for competent and highly motivated individuals to work with us as a Business Development Executive and take on the sales with their talents.
Responsibilities:
· Selling real estate projects of ilaan.
· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
· Support in writing new business proposals
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of clients & closing the sale
Requirement:
· Candidate should be preferably from real estate industry with 2 years’ of experiences so that basic knowledge is already contained.
· Should be presentable with excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Required minimum qualification criterion is Bachelor’s.
