Key Accountabilities
- Handle case management, approvals, pre-authorizations, rejections, and database processing, ensuring payment eligibility.
- Perform telephonic verification and investigations for claims and pre-authorizations.
- Prepare monthly reports on network performance and utilization to support management decisions.
- Resolve provider issues, including billing and claims, in a timely manner.
- Conduct random audits of claims to ensure quality processing.
- Reconcile accounts and obtain sign-off letters from providers.
- Maintain and update provider data (addresses, tariffs, discounts, codes, specialties).
- Gather statements, consult stakeholders, and escalate potential fraud cases.
- Provide policy clarifications to insured clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain medical records, coordinate fitness/reassessments, and prepare reports for claims within and beyond policy scope.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Must be a licensed Doctor
- Have 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
