Ibex is looking for a Recruitment Officer for International Domain in Karachi. The incumbent can be a fresh graduate, whose degree is completing in May 2020 or someone who wants to kickstart a career in HR irrespective of their Degree being in another field.
The person will be responsible for effectively implementing and executing recruitment strategy to identify and recruit best suited candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive. Core duties include calling prospects (Telephonic Screening), scheduling shortlisted applicants for interviews, conducting computer assessments and taking follow-up from applicants.
One should possess Excellent English with the flexibility of working 12 PM to 9 PM shift including Saturdays. The salary range is between 25K to 30K.
