Position: Trainee Engineer / MTO Parts Quality
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who should possess a fundamental understanding of Quality and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The role requires basic knowledge of Vendor Quality Assurance practices, with a focus on ensuring supplier compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should be familiar with the seven Quality Control (7QC) tools and capable of applying them effectively for problem-solving and root cause analysis. The position involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues associated with parts and vendors, as well as monitoring vendor performance and facilitating corrective and preventive actions to maintain and enhance quality standards.
Qualifications:
- BE (Metallurgy, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering)
Requirements:
- B.E in any relevant discipline fresh or 1 years of experience
- Understanding of IMS related documents, Seven QC Tools, Quality Inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Analytical and problem-solving ability and effective communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation

Position: Executive – EMI Operations
Join our team!
To manage EMI-related operations including reconciliation of customer accounts, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely issuance of NOCs upon completion of EMI tenures. Key Responsibilities include Review and manage EMI customer cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records. Perform detailed reconciliation of customer GLs to verify payment status and identify discrepancies. Monitor timely receipt of installment payments and flag any delays or irregularities. Liaise with Sales Administration team to ensure timely closure of matured EMI cases. Follow up on outstanding balances (if any) and ensure recovery prior to case closure. Process closure of EMI cases in SAP after necessary verification and approvals. Facilitate and ensure timely issuance of NOCs to customers. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on EMI cases, and closures with management. Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all EMI-related transactions.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; ACCA / ICMA (Finalist preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates with strong academic background may also be considered)
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL reconciliations
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
