We are seeking a proactive and organized candidate who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth facility management and employee support services. The role includes managing mess and canteen, supervising janitorial services, coordinating transportation arrangements, and organizing lunches, Hi-tea, and corporate events. Additionally, the candidate will handle business room bookings and ensure all arrangements are carried out efficiently and in a professional manner. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in shifts is essential for this position.
Qualifications: • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Requirements:
• 2 -3 Year(s) relevant experience
• Proven experience in administrative or facility management roles
• Ability to handle vendors and service providers effectively
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, shift-based environment
