Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Applied Chemist to design, develop, and optimize chemical formulations and processes. This role balances scientific expertise with creative problem-solving.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- R&D: Conduct lab experiments to develop and improve chemical products.
- Analysis: Interpret data to guide research and project direction.
- Scale-up: Transition lab formulations to pilot and production levels.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams.
- Compliance: Maintain safety standards and accurate experimental documentation.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
*Education: Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
*Experience: 2–5 years in an R&D or industrial lab (preferred).
*Skills: Proficient in analytical techniques and lab instrumentation.
*Competencies: Strong critical thinking and excellent communication.
