Job Description:
1. Monitor bulk/packed chemicals imports in close coordination with clearing agents and customs
2. Coordinate with shipping agent, port authorities and clearing agent for timely parking of vessels
4.Ensure timely issuance of delivery orders and avoid demurrage risks.
5. Coordinate with installation staff for receiving products
6. Coordinate with cartage contractors on daily basis about the availability of tank lorries and safe execution of sales orders
7. Ensure compliance of HSE procedures during ship to shore activity
8. Deal with clearing agent and custom authorities for fair assessment of valuation on declared values
