Bank Alfalah Jobs Supervisor/Team Leader:Bank Alfalah is looking for Supervisor/Team Leader for our Contact Center.
The incumbent would be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers.
– Assist the manager with development, analysis and implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
– Supervise the activities and work volume of Call Centre (CC) by attending customer queries and provide resolution of issues raised, in order to provide optimal service delivery.
– Minimum graduate
– Excellent communication skills
– Preferably two years’ of experience within the similar role
– Preferred age, minimum 25 years
– Must be computer proficient
It’s a permanent position and will be based in Karachi only.
