𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝/𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Manage inbound and outbound stock operations, including scanning, stock allocation, inventory movement, and accurate record maintenance.
o Coordinate vehicle alignment, loading, and dispatch for local stores and outstation shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
o Supervise loading/unloading activities, verify carton (CTN) quantities, and ensure dispatch accuracy in accordance with operational requirements.
o Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including vouchers, gate passes, bilty, stock registers, and other operational records.
o Monitor inventory accuracy through periodic stock verification and timely updates in ERP/Excel and warehouse registers.
o Coordinate with transport teams, drivers, and operational staff to ensure smooth dispatch planning, manpower allocation, and vehicle readiness.
o Manage cargo stock, non-trade items, warehouse consumables, and inter-warehouse/store stock transfers while ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
o Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures, while supporting supervisors in achieving daily warehouse, inventory, and dispatch targets.
o Prepare operational reports and perform any other warehouse or logistics-related tasks assigned by management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
o Good communication and coordination skills.
o Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
o Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
o Teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
