REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in retail maintenance, renovation, or facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, civil works, HVAC, plumbing, and retail fit-outs.
- Experience managing multiple retail stores is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and renovation layouts.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all electrical systems, lighting, DB panels, wiring, UPS, generators, and air conditioning systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and civil vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of renovation projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and arrange immediate repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, fire, and workplace safety regulations.
