We’re HIRING ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST (KARACHI)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Specialist to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Account Reconciliation activities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial transactions, timely payments and collections, and maintain the integrity of financial records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and reconcile bank profits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform TDF (Tax Deducted at Source) working and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Daily posting of debtors’ collections against recovery invoices, duty and taxes amount and cash sale amount in ERP Systems.
- Posting of withholding income tax (WHT challan and withheld sales tax (WHST) challan of debtors.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- To ensure timely payments of all vendor invoices, utility bills, rent, rate and taxes, plus petty cash expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing daily and monthly reports.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of collections to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ERP System
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
