Position: Central Reservations Executive
WE ARE HIRING:
- The ideal candidate will handle guest and travel agency inquiries via phone and digital channels following established brand telephone etiquette.
- Smoothly process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in accordance with property billing instructions and standard reservation procedures.
- Maximize room revenue, average daily rate, and occupancy through effective upselling techniques, and strategic revenue management across booking platforms.
- Maintain organized records for stays, bookings, waitlists, VIP guest profiles, and guest correspondence.
- Liaise with concerned teams to scale room revenue, drive higher yields, and optimize daily room availability.
QUALIFICATION Bachelors’ degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE Minimum 2-3 years experience. Experience in Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.

Position: Assistant Manager Taxation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Maintain complete withholding income tax records and handle audits & refund assignments.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to verify accurate income/sales tax deduction on payments.
- Prepare and upload quarterly & annual withholding tax statements on IRIS.
- Prepare and maintain complete documentation to support tax litigation proceedings.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory tax filing deadlines to avoid penalties.
QUALIFICATION: CMA, ACCA, MBA, BBA, BS(AF)
EXPERIENCE: 03-05 years of relevant work Experience.
