JOB ROLE
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment analysis & transaction execution
- Prepare Investment Memorandums, pitch decks & financial feasibility studies for potential transactions
- Conduct financial statement analysis, financial due diligence & valuation on target companies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants & other important stakeholders for the transaction
- Manage project execution, track milestones, coordinate stakeholders & report progress to management
- Collaborate with senior leadership with strong communication & confidence under pressure
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- ACCA / CA (F) or MBA / BS in Finance
- 1-3 years in advisory, investment banking, or energy sector
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analytics & MS Office
