Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of “Senior Officer Data Support” based at Gujranwala.
Job Responsibilities:
. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
. Data collection from the concerned authorities and health facilities (public and private sector)
. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
. Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
. Liaising with internal and external departments, data collection, visit to the health facilities of the intervention area.
. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the supervisor.
. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
. Schedule meetings.
. Record minutes of the meetings and follow up on action items.
. Maintain program documentation.
. Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience:
Office (with emphasis on Word, and PowerPoint)
2+ years of relevant experience
Intermediate/Bachelors Degree (preferably Bachelor)
