Key Responsibilities
- Operate cameras for podcasts, talk shows and studio productions
- Set up and manage studio lighting for high-quality visuals
- Frame shots and ensure consistent visual quality
- Assist with studio setup, equipment handling & maintenance
- Create a polished and professional on-screen look
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Media Production, Film, Mass Communication or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in studio production or broadcasting
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and studio equipment
- Basic knowledge of audio equipment is an added advantage
- Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
