Position Title: Head of Campaigns-Food

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a cross-functional team of campaign leads responsible to drive growth for
- Food Business (Restaurants, Homechefs). Strategic development of messages and
- deliverables to ensure that every campaign is not only about creative but delivers
- business objectives
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term
- needs, establishing campaign schedules by collaborating with content writers,
- designers and production departments
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and
- creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally
- responsible manner
- Review and approve campaign concepts developed by your team, agency and our
- regional teams, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and
- challenges
- Produce fresh, innovative work that follows recent trends and reflects the tone of
- voice of the brand
- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for
- deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and results data in line with campaign objectives and
- continuously beat previous benchmarks
- Drive incremental sessions and traffic to the platform through effective content
- creation, segmentation and targeting.
Requirements:
- A Masters or MBA in Marketing, Economics, or Business from a top university
- 7+ years experience in brand management for hyper-growth stage companies
- Experience in E-Commerce, FMCG, Telecom, Advertising and QSR sectors
- Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, and data-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous
- environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Creative, entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated personality
- Strong organizational skills and you know how to prioritize your projects
- Ability to build and review the work of the campaign team and lead them to better
- results. Develop them and inspire them to be better every day
- Experience in analyzing brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the
- competitive landscape
- Exceptional familiarity with data and metrics review to report on campaign
- performance, as we are a very data-driven company.
- Experience in spearheading and managing campaign strategy for both small-scale
- and large-scale projects, harnessing data and insights.
