Position: Creative Designer & Content Lead
Location: Corporate Office, Lahore
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative branding and content strategies
Lead the creation of social media content, campaigns, corporate profiles, presentations, retail branding and promotional materials
Ensure consistent application of Flow Petroleum’s brand identity
Manage creative projects from concept development to final execution
Coordinate with agencies, photographers, videographers, printers and other vendors
Develop monthly content calendars and campaign concepts
Monitor market trends and introduce innovative ideas to improve brand engagement
Required Skills:
Strong branding, graphic design and creative conceptualization skills
Excellent content writing, copywriting and storytelling abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva
Experience in video editing, motion graphics and digital content development
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements:
BBA/ MBA in Marketing, Media Sciences, Graphic Design, Communication, Advertising or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in creative design, brand content or Advertising
Strong understanding of social media storytelling and modern brand communication
