FiverRivers Technologies Jobs Business Analyst:
FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a young and determined Business Analyst. The position holder will act as the backbone of the project and product teams, and seek to develop and implement strategic initiatives. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help our product team research, analyze and implement innovative business plans and technology challenges. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be committed to the discovery and development of cutting-edge solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
Research different markets, products, and services to help evaluate products.
Customer analysis to help identify customer personas.
Help develop business cases.
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: product teams, project teams, client, customers etc.) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements to the development team.
Help create analytics dashboards and present analysis based on data.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or within the Product Management department.
Proven research skills.
Proven analytical abilities.
Experience of working with GA4.
Experience of creating business plans.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
GA certification will be preferred.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft office, especially Excel.
Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
High proficiency in technical writing.
