Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, boilers, chillers, and packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and carry out timely repairs.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities including refrigeration systems, compressors, steam lines, water systems, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare parts records
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use proper PPE at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns during shift.
Position: AREA SALES MANAGER
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5-6 years of experience in Sales Forecasting, Planning and Market Trend Analysis within the Dairy or FMCG Industry
- BBA/MBA Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

- Achieve area-wise revenue targets by managing SKU/brand performance and ensuring monthly and annual sales objectives are met.
- Manage distributor payments, collections, and primary order planning based on stock levels, promotional activities, and secondary sales trends.
- Ensure effective distributor and stock management by maintaining optimal SKU availability, monitoring distributor investment, and implementing sales plans.
- Expand distribution and business growth through market coverage, new territory development, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency and team performance by optimizing resources, managing assets in trade, ensuring product visibility, and developing sales staff through training.
