🚨 Fatima Group Hiring | Operations Manager – Flexible Packaging
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Flexible Packaging to lead our production operations and drive excellence in quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end flexible packaging production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
✔ Oversee Rotogravure Printing, Solvent-Based Lamination, Slitting, and Core Cutting operations.
✔ Supervise pre-press activities, including artwork management, cylinder planning, ink preparation, and film preparation.
✔ Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring print quality, surface tension, and the Coefficient of Friction (COF).
Qualification & Experience:
🎓 B.E. in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
📌 Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the flexible packaging industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
