Fatima Group is hiring for Deputy Manager Yarn Procurement at Reliance Weaving Mills Limited. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / BSc Textile Engineer with 7+ years of experience in the textile industry, with a focus on yarn procurement.
Location: Multan
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying potential yarn suppliers, evaluation, assessment, and financial stability of Yarn Suppliers.
- Monitoring of Yarn Stock availability / Shortage & import yarn status
- Responsible for negotiation of yarn rates to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for developing strategies to mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, quality issues, or cost fluctuations.
- Responsible for Monitoring of Old Yarn Contracts Lifting.
- Responsible for analyzing market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.
- Work closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to align yarn procurement with overall production schedules and goals.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in the yarn procurement and implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency
