Responsibilities
• Exhibit significant understanding of HR concepts and trends.
• Be resourceful and proactive in collecting and organizing information and creating first-draft reports and presentations.
• Research to find solutions and improve the quality of project deliverables.
• Develop templates and tools for various tasks within a project.
• Analyze complex data to detect trends and interpret results.
• Responsible for completing parts of deliverable independently.
• Draft proposals and agreements along with getting necessary approvals.
• Note-taking during meetings and making valuable contributions.
• Open to travel within and outside the city for project related tasks.
Requirements
• MBA/BBA from a foreign university or reputable local university.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience within an HR department or any consulting HR project(s).
• Efficient, resourceful, enthusiastic and detail-oriented with fantastic language skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for Manager – People Advisory Services. This position is based in Karachi.
Responsibilities
• Exhibit significant understanding of HR concepts and trends.
• Be resourceful and proactive in collecting and organizing information and creating reports and presentations.
• Develop templates and tools for various deliverables within an assignment.
• Responsible for completing assignments independently and supervise a team of project resources.
• Initiate meetings with potential clients; make pitch presentations, draft proposals and agreements and be responsible for the entire assignment from delivery to settlement of payment.
• Open to travel within and outside the city for project related tasks.
• Develop own team and resources to be able to resume responsibility for tasks within the projects.
Requirements
• MBA/BBA from a foreign university or reputable local university.
• Atleast 05 years of relevant working experience within an HR department or any consulting HR project(s).
• Efficient, resourceful, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
