Position: Social Media Officer
Job Purpose:
The Social Media Officer will be responsible for assisting in the planning and management of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on real estate projects, site progress, construction updates and property features. The role involves caption writing using architectural and real estate terminology, supporting content research, and maintaining visually consistent and engaging communication aligned with the brand identity. The candidate will stay updated with social media and real estate trends, assist in basic analytics and reporting, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduates can apply)
Skills: Copywriting, Trend Awareness, Social Media Strategy, Analytics & Reporting.
