MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, SUKKUR CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY: • To plan, procure & CROS check of delivered equipment in efficient and effective manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for purchase equipment, instrument, software, consumables, accessories, spares, furniture etc. through tender and local purchase. • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. • Regular monitoring requisition and make purchase order within stipulated time. • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and analyzing and evaluating them to make effective decision. Based on evaluation making recommendation based on price, quality, delivery and service. • Making effective negotiation with suppliers for obtaining competitive price. • Preparation of capital budget of upcoming and running hospitals. • Ensuring utilization of capital budget within stipulated time of its release in effective manner. • Looking at the feasible rates/price while implementing procurement of equipment and services. • Develop department policies and procedures. • Explore new potentials suppliers of equipment and parts at national and international level.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES: • Good Communications Skills. • Negotiating Skills. • Excellent Computer/Software Proficiency. • Conflict management skills. • Vendor management skills.
REQUIREMENTS: • Academic Qualification: BS Biomedical Engineering, MBA SCM. • Professional Qualification: SCM Courses. • Work Experience: 8 to 10 Years.
