Purpose:
The position is responsible to support HRBP in routine SAP & HR operations, and HoD in monitoring, compliance, and reporting, standardization of processes, roles & authorizations assessment, and maintenance.
Position Title: Lead – Core User SAP and HR Ops
Qualification: Masters / MBA in HR
Experience: 05 to 07 years of SAP & HR experience in a medium to large scale organization with exposure in analysis.
Location: Lahore
Knowledge:
. Comprehensive knowledge of MS office
. Knowledge of SAP HCM
. Thorough understanding of HR operations
. In-depth understanding of diverse HR practice areas

Responsibilities:
. Provide HR support to all division’s/corporate leads in Human. . .
. Resources related matters, manage employee file room at the operational level
. Support line in matters linked employee data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
. Responsible for employee verification, design, and strategizing all sorts of letters on the company’s standard template and HR actions
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications through consultant ticket
. Execute SAP execution as per document received from HR
. Business Partner and agreed on SLA
. Train SAP power users and new employees coming in for SAP operations handling
. Maintenance of roles and authorizations of SAP HCM Power Users with SAP BASIS team
· Maintain and update employee master data into SAP
· Manage change requests about SAP HCM
· Success factor synchronization with SAP
· Have ESS/ MSS accounts created for divisional employees
· Support Line regarding SAP on strategic matters
· End to end handling of configuration in discussion with Abacus Team, Descon Teams, and solutions manager
· Develop new reports with the internal SAP support team
· LSMW – Management and Designing of uploads
. Ensure HR Policies Compliance through the system
. Develop and Prepare HR Dashboards for HoD to ensure effective monitoring
. Act as a custodian for safeguarding employee personal information and files in the back office.
