Dany Technologies looking for a “SUPPORT (IT) EXECUTIVE”
Upgrading and installing Hardware & Software, Performing Troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, & Wireless Network.
• Technical knowledge networking such as cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, IP Address etc.
• Knowledge about network essentials, windows and MAC platforms.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Managing stocks of equipment, components, consumables and other supplies
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Ensure all daily tasks including backups etc.
• Set – up online meetings via zoom, Microsoft teams & Skype.
Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred.
Location: Karachi
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
