Requirements:
- Bachelors
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience of service centres preferably in Home Appliances / Electronics Industry
-Must have experience of after sales services, returns, product damages, complains, warranty claims, customer handling, problem resolution & reporting. - Should have excellent communication skills
