We are looking for Sr. Assistant Manager – OD.
This position will be responsible for:
1) Maintain and update Organograms
2) Maintain and update JDs
3) Performance Appraisal
4) Successful execution of Internal & External Trainings
5) Conducting Engagement Surveys
Essential Requirement:
*MBA-HR or other relevant degree
*3 to 4 Years of relevant experience
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong knowledge of organizational development techniques and procedures
*Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
*Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks
