Are you a visionary leader with a passion for innovative marketing campaigns and inspiring creative teams? We are seeking a Creative Head to lead the development of bold, impactful creative strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the creative department, including Graphic designers and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with Brand’s marketing goals
• Oversee all phases of the creative process from concept to execution across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, video, etc.)
• Present creative concepts, mood board and execution of the project
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and innovative technologies
• Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
• Ensure that all creative output meets brand guidelines, Timelines and maintains a high standard of quality
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role at an agency or in-house marketing team.
• Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
• Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
