Senior Human Resource Specialist
Location: Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization.
- Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new employees by organizing orientation programs and ensuring completion of necessary documentation, providing necessary tools etc.
- Lead employer branding initiatives including job fairs and recruitment events, social media campaigns etc.
- Drive performance management process and tracking objective setting, mid-year review, and year-end appraisals.
- Support in Conduct exit interviews and ensure end-to-end off-boarding process.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and manage disciplinary action procedures.
- Manage employee engagement programs, such as annual picnic, sports activities, iftar etc.
- Prepare and announce all kinds of HR communications such as on-boarding, promotions, transfers etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management.
- 4 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Results driven to set, prioritize, and enable achievement of goals.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
