Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
Solid understanding of digital marketing is crucial. This includes knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. You should know how to drive traffic to your e-commerce website.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
E-commerce managers need to be comfortable with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and have the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Managing the budget for marketing, advertising, and other e-commerce activities is crucial to maximize ROI.
Coordinate with the inventory and merchandising teams to ensure accurate stock levels and product launches.
Enhance the online shopping experience by ensuring a seamless, user-friendly interface and responsive customer service.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with third-party platforms (shopify, magento, ginko etc) and e-commerce partners to expand the brand’s online presence.
Monitoring website traffic to examine dips or spikes & suggest action plans to improve traffic.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and software to monitor and measure the performance of your e-commerce site and marketing campaigns.
Supervise team including Product Editors, Photographers, Videographer, Customer Service Team and Social Media Executive.
Supervising Creative Shoots for all Websites & give suggestions as per the need.
Thinking creatively about marketing strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement can set you apart from competitors.
Documentation of IGP/OGP
Coordination, Selection & Execution of Products for Digital Ads etc.
