SENIOR / LEAD TEXTILE DESIGNERS – WOMEN’S APPAREL
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textile Design | 5–6 years of experience in textile/fashion design (women’s wear preferred)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop original, trend-driven textile and print designs
- Lead creative direction for seasonal collections
- Translate design concepts into commercially viable products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute collections
- Ensure design quality from concept through to final production
- Mentor and guide junior designers within the team
- Strong portfolio across PRET, Unstitched, and/or Formal wear
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of fabrics, prints, embellishments, and color palettes
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
