Job Description:
To effectively attend customer’s request with a view towards facilitating them with their complaints and queries. Ensure the client experience remains at least market-competitive in terms of customer facilitation/ convenience and security.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Fresh – 1 year
Education: Minimum graduate
Salary: 20k + allowances
Age: 22 – 26 years (male & female both are encouraged to apply)
The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and sound knowledge in MS Office.
