Komatsu Pakistan Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. Pakistan Soft is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR & GA team in Islamabad.
The role will focus primarily on recruitment and core HR functions, with additional support for General Administration activities. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and build strong relationships across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally
- Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
Location: G-8, Islamabad
