Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Assistant Manager (Merchandising)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Merchandising Department as an Assistant Manager. The role focuses on managing merchandising activities, performing BOM entries, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
Textile Engineering/MBA/BBA or any other relevant degree. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Textile Apparel Industry. Experience with Guess customer is preferred.
Requirements:
• Hands – on experience in the complete sampling process.
• Strong experience in BOM entries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to address all sampling-related queries.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the MMC Department for trims development.
• Strong understanding of fabric development and related processes.
• Proficient in using MS Office & Oracle.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
