House of Habib is looking for talented individuals to join Formite as Management Trainee in Export Sales.
This is a 12-month structured training programme designed to provide hands-on experience and progressive learning in Export Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Export Documentation Management – Independently handle and manage all export documentation for assigned shipments (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.), ensuring 95%+ of shipments are documented on time, tracked via HubSpot’s “Docs completed date” vs order-confirmation date.
· Cross-Departmental Coordination – Liaise with logistics, finance, and production teams regarding shipment schedules, documentation requirements, and export compliance to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment.
· CRM & Follow-Up Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, logging all customer follow-ups and activity within 24 hours of contact.
· Market Research & Lead Generation – After building strong product and market understanding, identify and pursue new leads, and log them into CRM for pipeline tracking.
· Independent Account & Sales Ownership (Post 6 Months) – Following training on an assigned customer/country, take ownership of independent account management, with an assigned sales target to achieve.
· SAP Order Management – Enter and process sales orders in SAP, ensuring timely order closure and accurate invoicing in coordination with relevant departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (BBA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for learning and building a career in Export Sales
