We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Merchandising (RTW Category) to join our Merchandising & Planning team.
Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for the RTW/Stitched Category, from product development to launch.
- Coordinate with Design, PD, Sourcing, Planning and Production teams for timely product execution.
- Drive product development from concept/creation to End Proto, including costing and margin alignment.
- Monitor T&A, product documentation and stage-wise development status.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and category performance to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with Retail, VM and Marketing teams for effective product launch and positioning.
- Proactively resolve development, costing and production-related issues.
Requirements & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Business, Merchandising or a relevant field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
