Experience: 10+ Years
Key Requirements are as:
- Manage Transport Network operations and ensure high availability.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution as per SLA/KPI.
- Coordinate with customers on technical and operational issues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs/MOPs for network activities.
- Lead critical incidents and prepare RCA reports.
- Manage network integration, acceptance and cutover activities.
- Monitor network performance and drive improvements.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/ Computer, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks, operations, and Managed Services.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
