Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelors Required/ Masters Preferred
Department: ADC Business – Credit Cards
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of SBP guidelines on credit cards
- Perform data entry on the credit card management system
- To evaluate Debt Burden of the customer’s debt burden and prepare the Risk Rating Sheet/ Credit Card Checklist
- Checking of negative listings, i.e., Debarred/ FIU Watchlist, etc., through the Compliance Division
- To process Limit Enhancement/ Reduction & Upgrade cases
- Arrangement of Renewal Credit Cards as and when required
- Preparation of daily/ monthly MIS
- Archiving of Credit Card applications after their approval.
- Updating of e-mail address, mobile no. & branch code in the Core Banking system.
- To resolve customer Complaints/ Product Leads regarding credit cards promptly.
- SBP reporting matters, i.e., monthly e-CIB reporting, Risk Rating, A-07 reporting, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and its formulas.
-Perform drills every quarter at the BCP site.
-All other tasks given by the Unit Head to facilitate the customers promptly.
